Fees & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

No Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once processed, including but not limited to:

• Community fees

• Onboarding or reservation fees

• Monthly membership payments

This is due to administrative costs and program resource allocation.

Conduct & Accountability

Participants are expected to adhere to community standards, program guidelines, and accountability measures. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Legacy Haven Prime is not responsible for personal outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by participants. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
