Refund & Cancellation Policy

Legacy Haven Prime

Legacy Haven Prime provides structured community placement, onboarding, and ongoing program oversight. Due to the nature of our services, the following policies apply:

Community Fee

  • The Community Fee is a non-refundable reservation and onboarding fee.

  • This fee secures a participant’s spot in the program, covers administrative processing, background review coordination, and onboarding preparation.

  • Once paid, the Community Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Monthly Membership Fees

  • Monthly Membership fees are billed in advance.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

  • If a participant exits the program mid-cycle, payment remains due for that billing period.

Cancellations

  • Participants may cancel future membership by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.

  • Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect the following billing cycle.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not issued for early departures, dismissal due to program violations, or failure to meet participation requirements.
