Refund & Cancellation Policy
Legacy Haven Prime
Legacy Haven Prime provides structured community placement, onboarding, and ongoing program oversight. Due to the nature of our services, the following policies apply:
Community Fee
The Community Fee is a non-refundable reservation and onboarding fee.
This fee secures a participant’s spot in the program, covers administrative processing, background review coordination, and onboarding preparation.
Once paid, the Community Fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Monthly Membership Fees
Monthly Membership fees are billed in advance.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
If a participant exits the program mid-cycle, payment remains due for that billing period.
Cancellations
Participants may cancel future membership by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
Cancellations submitted after this window will take effect the following billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds are not issued for early departures, dismissal due to program violations, or failure to meet participation requirements.
